Who am I?

I have worked and volunteered with NPOs in Chicago for over twenty years and it’s been a rewarding learning experience filled with smooth and  bumpy rides. Currently, I’m grateful to bring food and other life sustaining help directly to people to enrich their lives. I’ve had gigs as Information Coordinator, Health Educator and Case Manager, to name a few. I hope to write mostly about health and occasionally touch on the funny and quirky things that make us humans tingle. When I am not doing this, I am spinning vinyl in the basement covering any tune from Philly Classics to Salsoul.
